Collection: Homemade Jellies, Jams & Such

All of the fruit that goes in to each of these delicious jellies is hand-picked and all the jellies are homemade. To harvest the fruit, Nikolyn packs up her hiking gear and a couple of 5-gallon buckets and sets out across various ranches and county roads, finding ripe plums on the wild plum thickets and picking the beautiful red fruit that grows on prickly pear cactus.
